Board Work Session
The Lexington City School Board will meet for a work session on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Board of Education building located at 99 Monroe Avenue. The purpose of the work session is to discuss the terms and details of the Director of Schools contract.
The next School Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Board of Education building located at 99 Monroe Avenue. The agenda will include discussion and taking action regarding the Director of Schools contract.
Individuals desiring to appear before the Board must submit a written request with descriptive materials to the office of the Director of Schools 72 hours before the meeting. If the request is approved by the Executive Committee, the item will be placed on the agenda. If an individual wishes to address the Board on an item on the agenda, he/she may sign up on the form provided before the beginning of the meeting to request time to speak. Delegations must select only one individual to speak on their behalf unless otherwise determined by the Board.
