Miss Tennessee comes to LMS
Miss Tennessee Grace Gore comes and talkes to the students about her experience of being Miss Tennessee and about the harmful consequences of smoking and drinking alcohol.Grace also has an organization called "Graceful Sounds" which helps raise money for kids that need hearing aids.
 
Great Pretenders and Relay for Life
LMS students from each grade performed to their favorite songs Thursday, February 29. They also performed on Friday for the entire student body. All proceeds from both performances will go to Relay For Life.
 
This performance was recorded by the LMS Media Relations Team. DVDs are avaliable for purchase with its preceeds also going to Relay for Life.

DRESS CODE CHANGE
  • Skirts, dresses, shorts,capri and cropped pants pants must be at the kneecap while standing and appropriatly located at the waistline.
  • Boys' shirts will be worn tucked in with visible belts.
  • Winter coats and over coats will not be worn indoors.
  • Non-insulated light jackets/ sweaters may be worn as long as they do not fall below the mid hip level.
  • Sweaters,sweatshirts, or sweatshirts with hoods (hoods not to be worn on the head) will be acceptable as long as they do not fall below the mid hip level.
  • Saggy/ baggy pants are not permissible.
  • Pants must be worn at the waistline.
  • Caps, scarves, hats, headbands,sweatbands, bandanas or any type of head covering is not permissible.
  • Shoes must be laced and / velcroed at all times.
